Izabel Murray is New Wave’s Client Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring every client experience is as smooth as it appears from the outside.

With a Bachelor of Business and two years in marketing, Izabel understands the bigger picture of what clients are trying to achieve, but it’s her five years in client-facing roles that really set her apart. She has a natural eye for the finer details of service delivery: the follow-up that arrives before anyone has to ask, the process that’s just a little more streamlined than last month, the communication that actually makes sense.

At New Wave, Izabel owns client satisfaction,  from the first onboarding touchpoint through to ongoing account management. If something isn’t quite right, she’s the first to know and the first to fix it.
