Premium adds higher server resources, smart plugin updates with compatibility checks, a performance optimisation layer, and priority support. If you're running SEO or Google Ads campaigns driving real traffic, Premium is the right choice.

No. Domain registration, renewal, and email hosting (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365) are separate to our hosting plans and are managed directly by you or your preferred provider. We focus on the hosting environment only.

Uptime monitoring is included in both plans. We receive alerts if your site goes offline and investigate the cause. For hosting-environment issues, we act immediately. For issues caused by third-party plugins or code changes outside our scope, we'll diagnose and advise on next steps.

Our hosting plans are configured for WordPress environments. If your site is built on Astro or another framework and deployed via Vercel or Netlify, hosting is typically handled by that platform. Talk to us about your specific setup.
