Showrooms, One SEO Strategy

Five showrooms.
One search presence, or none.

Cinajus has supplied natural stone flooring, walling and pavers since 1999, with showrooms spread across NSW and the ACT: Manly, Central Coast, Narellan, Warwick Farm and Canberra. That geographic spread is a strength in person, but it's a genuine SEO problem online: five locations competing for search visibility can just as easily cannibalise each other as reinforce one another if the strategy isn't built for it.

On top of that, a natural stone supplier sells a real product catalogue, not just a service, which meant Google Shopping was sitting on the table as an untapped channel alongside standard search ads.

What needed solving

  • Five showrooms with no coordinated local search strategy
  • Risk of locations competing with each other in search
  • Website needed a rebuild to support a multi-location structure
  • No Google Shopping presence for the product catalogue
  • Google Ads running without a location-aware structure

A rebuild built
for five locations.

Every location needed its own visibility without stepping on the others, so the rebuild and the SEO strategy were designed together: a website structured for multiple showrooms, a Google Business Profile strategy per location, and Google Shopping added on top of Ads to put the actual product catalogue in front of searchers.

Website Rebuild
A site structured to support five distinct showroom locations without duplicate or competing content.
Multi-Location Local SEO
Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO for each of the five showrooms individually: Manly, Central Coast, Narellan, Warwick Farm and Canberra.
Google Shopping
Product feed and Shopping campaigns putting the natural stone catalogue directly in front of high-intent searchers.
Google Ads
Performance Max, DSA and Brand campaigns running alongside Shopping, each optimised for its own role in the funnel.

Why we pushed for Shopping & Ads

For a product search like "sandstone pavers", organic ranking alone isn't enough. Sponsored Shopping listings can occupy the entire visible page before a single organic result even appears. No amount of SEO puts a product in front of that searcher if there's no Shopping or Ads presence to begin with, the real estate is already taken by whoever is running paid campaigns.

Google search results for 'sandstone pavers' showing sponsored Shopping listings filling the entire visible page

A real search for "sandstone pavers": Sponsored Products fill the whole first screen before any organic listing appears. This is the competitive landscape Shopping and Ads were built to compete in, not a screenshot of Cinajus's own ranking.

Cheaper conversions,
across most campaigns.

1 Jul–31 Aug 2026 vs. 30 Apr–30 Jun 2026, account-wide Google Ads performance.

Performance Max
+1,025%
Conversions (45 total). The standout performer of the account.
Limestone | DSA
+51.1%
Conversions, with cost per conversion down 26.7% to $66.33.
Brand
+23.7%
Conversions, with cost per conversion down 19.8% to $23.45 — cheaper and more effective at once.
The honest context: Performance Max's +1,025% is real, but it's growth off a small base, and around half of Cinajus's products are currently disapproved in Google Merchant Center. Fixing that feed issue is the next lever, not a footnote: it's the clearest remaining upside in the account. Not every campaign is winning yet either — Services & Products (Top and Avg position) and Pavers & Tiles DSA are down over the same period, both budget-limited or missing keyword coverage we're actively working through.
